Program overview — documented in Notion
At UAMS-DCOC, I managed the Learning Team and led education program development for junior investigators and research staff across the NIH-funded IDeA States Pediatric Clinical Trials Network. My role included staff leadership, program design and implementation, SME coordination, learning resources, and quality review.

Three-tier education structure
1. Core curriculum: shared research and regulatory foundations for all learners.
2. Role-based pathways: processes and procedures at federal, institutional, and program levels.
3. Study-specific training: preparation for an assigned study protocol.
Self-paced, virtual instructor-led, and in-person learning were delivery options across this architecture.

Artifact plan — planned exhibits
Curriculum architecture map; competency alignment matrix; core curriculum example; role-based pathway example; study-specific training example; facilitator guide excerpt; participant resource excerpt; project timeline or review process.

Evidence still needed
The Notion narrative is the source for this overview. Approved project records must support exhibit details, dates, funding, scope figures, and any measured outcomes. Planned artifacts are not yet presented as verified project evidence.
