Clinical Operations Onboarding
Learning journey · Multimedia · Stakeholder review
Role: Curriculum architect & lead
Audience: Learning professionals
Focus: Team readiness
The challenge
New team members needed to understand systems, stakeholders, workflows, standards, and expectations that were distributed across people and resources.
The approach
I organized onboarding around the actual work, clarified what learners needed at each stage, and connected formal learning with guided practice, tools, and manager-supported application.
The result
The architecture created a consistent onboarding backbone while allowing role-specific paths. It reduced dependence on informal knowledge transfer and made readiness expectations visible to learners and leaders.
