At UAMS, I supported implementation of an online-proctoring solution by helping faculty and learners understand a new testing process and its technical and procedural requirements.
I researched requirements, coordinated with academic and operational stakeholders, developed presentations and practical guidance, documented processes, and supported change communication. The project demonstrates implementation planning, instructional material development, facilitation, and evaluation-informed improvement.
